Development Pipeline

Basics

  1. Design team will create the designs in Figma
  2. Dev team will create a repository when the designs are finalized
  3. Project manager and Design Lead will look over the initial commit
  4. Any discrepancies between the Figma designs and the repo preview will be logged on ClickUp as tasks. Please be descriptive and attach images if necessary
  5. A pull request will be created according to the tasks on Clickup. Devs will notify the reviewers (Project Manager and Design Lead) once the changes are made and a preview is available.
  6. Any further changes required will be logged as commenta in the pull request
  7. Once all changes are verified, dev will merge the branch
  8. Any further issues will be logged in Clickup and steps 5-7 will follow.

Working In Teams

  1. The design team should ensure that the dev team has everything they need to execute properly and efficiently. This includes, and is not limited to, assets and style guides.
  2. Reviewers should ensure that all PR’s are addressed at their earliest convience, such that the dev team won’t be blocked
